Thank you for shopping with Ame_HandmadeSG.
All of our gowns and services are made-to-order or custom-tailored for each client.

Because of the personalized nature of our work, we operate under a strict no returns, no refunds, and no exchanges policy once an order has been placed.

❌ No Returns or Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing provided by the customer, or cancellation after order confirmation.

✅ Alterations (Singapore Only)

  • Alterations are available only at our Singapore studio.

  • Customers outside Singapore are responsible for arranging their own local adjustments if needed.

  • Alteration fees may apply depending on the scope of the adjustment.

⚠️ Exceptions

In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or error made by us, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order with clear photos. We will assess the situation and provide a solution (e.g. alteration or replacement).

By placing an order with Ame_HandmadeSG, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund / No Return Policy and understand that alterations are provided only in Singapore.
