  1. On-Site Measurement: The measurement appointment is complimentary. A 50% bespoke deposit of the total gown or suit price is required when confirming a bespoke order, not automatically when booking this consultation.
  2. On-Site Alteration Service: Professional alteration service to ensure the best fit for your gown or suit.
  3. On-Site Gown Cleaning Service: Full cleaning and care service to keep gowns fresh and ready to wear.
  4. On-Site Gown Viewing / Consultation: No deposit required. Ideal for discussing styles, fabrics, and package options before booking.
  5. On-Site Gown Fitting (Gown Trying) — New Customers: S$50 is payable to secure a gown-trying session (up to 8 gowns). The full amount becomes customer credit for eligible bespoke gowns or suits, rentals, ready-to-wear purchases and alterations, valid for three calendar months from payment. The credit is non-refundable and unused credit expires after three months. Please select the S$50 gown-trying booking option.
  6. On-Site Gown Fitting — Existing Bespoke Customers: Complimentary for customers who already placed a bespoke gown order with AME Handmade SG. Please provide your original order number when booking so we can verify eligibility. No new S$50 fee or credit applies. Contact us to arrange the complimentary fitting; do not pay for a new-customer session.
  7. On-Site Make-Up Service: A $100 service deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your total make-up fee upon confirmation. If cancelled or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
