Term and Condition Gown rental

Reservation and Payment:

  • A reservation is required to secure a wedding gown rental.
  • A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance plus deposit secure 50% need due one day before the rental date.
  • Payments can be made by cash, credit card, or Bank Transfer.

Rental Period:

  • The rental period is for 3 days, beginning on the day of pick-up, one day for your use and the next day for return.
  • The rental period can be adjusted depending on the circumstances.
  • Late fees of 50% of the rental fee per day will be charged if the gown is not returned by the agreed-upon date.

Sizing:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate measurements for the gown.
  • The rental company will assist in sizing the gown and ensuring a proper fit.
  • Alterations are not included in the rental price and will be charged separately.

Damage and Liability:

  • The customer is responsible for any damage to the gown during the rental period.
  • Damage fees will be assessed based on the extent of the damage.
  • The customer is also liable for any loss or theft of the gown during the rental period.

Care and Cleaning:

  • The customer is responsible for the proper care of the gown.
  • Gowns must be returned in the same condition as they were rented.
  • Cleaning fees will be included, but if the gown is returned in a dirty or stained condition, the customer will be charged an additional 10%.

Cancellation Policy:

  • No cancellation is allowed.
  • The deposit is non-refundable or forfeited.

Additional Fees:

  • Any additional fees, such as late fees, cleaning fees, or damage fees, will be charged from the deposit.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Our company is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur while wearing the gown.
  • The customer assumes all risks associated with wearing the gown.

Termination:

  • Our company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time for any reason.

Governing Law:

  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which our company is located.
