What is the process of getting a bespoke wedding gown?

It begins with a consultation where we understand your vision, take measurements, and recommend fabric and design. After confirming your design and deposit, fittings will follow until completion.

How long does it take to make a bridal gown?

Our bespoke gowns typically take 6 to 10 weeks, depending on design complexity. We recommend starting at least 3–6 months before your wedding date.

Do you offer rental bridal gowns?

Yes, we have a curated collection of gowns available for rent, which includes minor alterations, fitting sessions, and cleaning.

Can I purchase off-the-rack gowns?

Yes, we offer ready-to-wear gowns available for immediate purchase or minor adjustments.

Can I bring a design or inspiration photo?

Absolutely. We welcome sketches, photos, or even Pinterest boards to help bring your vision to life.

Do you provide veils, accessories, or bridal styling?

Yes. We offer veils, gloves, belts, and styling advice. Makeup services can also be bundled with your fitting package.

What if my gown needs alterations after I’ve collected it?

Alterations within 7 days of collection are complimentary. Beyond that, we offer paid alteration services.

Do you offer cleaning or preservation for gowns?

Yes. We offer both standard cleaning and premium preservation services for post-event gown care.

Can you make bridesmaid or mother-of-the-bride dresses?

Yes. We create dresses for bridesmaids, mothers, and other key members of the wedding party upon request.

Do you accommodate maternity bridal gowns?

Yes, we design elegant maternity-friendly bridal gowns with comfort and shape in mind.

What types of fabrics do you offer?

We offer a wide selection including satin, organza, brocade, French lace, tulle, and crepe. We source both locally and internationally depending on your preferences and budget.

Can I choose my own fabric?

Yes, you're welcome to choose from our in-house collection or bring your own. We’ll advise whether it suits the chosen design and finish.

Are the fabrics included in the gown price?

Yes, standard fabric options are included. Premium or specialty materials may involve additional charges, which we’ll inform you of before confirming the design.

Do you offer sustainable or eco-conscious fabric choices?

Yes, we have a limited selection of eco-friendly fabrics available upon request.

Bespoke Process

How does the bespoke gown process work?

We start with an in-person consultation to discuss your ideas, budget, and timeline. Once the design is finalized, we take measurements, select fabrics, and proceed with mockups and fittings until the gown is complete.

Can I request adjustments during the process?

Yes, minor adjustments can be made during fittings. For major changes after production has started, additional charges may apply.

Can I combine features from different gowns?

Absolutely. We specialize in custom work and can blend silhouettes, fabrics, and details to create your ideal look.

Do you offer mockups or test fittings?

Yes, we offer toile/mock-up fittings for certain designs to ensure structure and fit before final fabric construction begins.

Alterations

Can you alter gowns not made by you?

Yes, we accept external gowns for alterations, subject to fabric condition and feasibility. Please book a consultation to assess the gown in person.

What is your alteration timeline?

Standard alterations take 5–7 working days. Express options are available depending on our schedule.

Can you resize vintage or sentimental gowns?

Yes, we specialize in delicate restorations and resizing for vintage or heirloom pieces.

How much do alterations cost?

Prices vary depending on the complexity. Minor alterations start from $30. Full adjustments are quoted after consultation.

Payment & Policies

What is your payment policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom or rental gown. The remaining 50% is payable before collection.

What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept PayNow, PayLah, bank transfer, and cash. International payments are accepted via credit card (subject to a 3.5% processing fee and full payment required upfront) or Wise transfer.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

As our pieces are made-to-order, all sales are final. We offer fittings and alterations to ensure your gown fits perfectly.

Can I postpone my order if my wedding date changes?

Yes, as long as your gown has not entered final production. Please notify us as early as possible to reschedule fittings or delivery.
